I watched Jennifer’s Body last night and it was not as I expected. I read about how this movie sucked before in various forums and blogs so I had little expectations with this movie, and surprisingly it was not that bad. Storyline was good but Megan’s acting is not that good. I think they included her in the cast just for eye candy, just to sell sex; the transition from good to bad of the character was not properly played by Megan. Aside from her acting, everything else is good enough to see it. Plus the soundtrack is great!

I finally watched this movie yesterday. I really wanted to see this movie since I heard it was a good movie, what a shocker; it wasn’t! I guess I had my hopes held high when I saw the trailer for this movie and when I heard comments from my friends that it was a good movie. Yes, it can catch you off guard a couple of times, you can hear shrieks and screams inside the theater but that’s just it. The storyline is somewhat shallow although it teaches moviegoers some lessons about your life and career. The story is just all over the place. It looked like they rushed the production of the movie, and the story is scattered all over the place. They didn’t take time to build up the story and you really can’t follow the story. And the acting of Alison Lohman sucks in this movie. This is her first movie that I saw and her acting isn’t just that convincing. How can I be afraid if she can’t act?

Random Thought – Movie

I just remembered this movie and I really like it. Try to guess what movie I am talking about. There’s a scene where they are drooling about the “state-of-the-art” laptop they’ve seen. The laptop has a P6 Chip (Pentium 2) a PCI Bus and it boasts a 28.8 kbps modem; and it belongs to an uber hot dame!

Transformers

With all the hype about the Transformers movie, I might as well post something about it. The movie was great and the storyline has a solid foundation. But what I miss about the Transformers are the original forms of the characters. All characters are messed up! Optimus as a different truck? Megatron not a gun? What happened to Soundwave? I want to see the radio! Lol! And the iconic Bumblebee wrecked my fantasy of seeing Transformers in a live-action film! Hehe, VW totally sucked big time for not wanting to be part of this movie.

I just wished I could see the original characters for total nostalgia :]
